Internet Settings

Renna Mobile offers some fantastic data bundles and data services in general. The following shows the information required to configure your phone or device, in order to use these data services with your Renna Mobile SIM-card. Please consult the user guide of your device for a detailed description of how to configure these settings for your specific device/phone.

MMS Settings

With Renna Mobile you can send Multi-Media Messages (MMS) to all national and many international mobile customers. However, before doing so, please make sure your phone is configured with the following settings. Please consult the user guide of your phone for a detailed description of how to configure these settings for your specific phone.

Get Settings To Your Mobile Phone (OTA)

We support sending settings automatically over-the-air (OTA) to a number of mobile phones. Please follow the instructions below. If you can’t find your phone, please configure your phone manually according to the settings specified above, or contact us for help.

Instructions

  1. Enter your Renna Mobile number
  2. Select the brand or make of your mobile phone
  3. Select the model (or a similar model) of your mobile phone
  4. If brand or model are not found, please select Brand > Generic & Model > Generic
  5. Click Send
  6. The settings will be sent to your mobile phone
  7. Save the settings and make them default
  8. Start using Internet and MMS services
